GASTROSCOPY

Double Check organizes different additional modules with our partners of the Clinic Hirslanden, Privatklinik Bethanien and the University Hospital Zurich and works closely with their renowned doctors and professors.

Gastroscopy is a diagnostic endoscopic procedure that visualizes the upper part of the gastrointestinal tract up to the duodenum. The patient is told not to eat for at least 6 hours before the procedure. Biopsied material can also be tested on urease to identify Helicobacter pylori.
